Pre-Trib Rapture believers say that Christians will not be on the earth during the end time
Great Tribulation, because they believe it is the wrath of God. It is
true we won't experience the wrath of the Lamb (
Rev 6:16-17), because it comes at the end of the Great
Tribulation (
Rev 19:11-21)
Study, when judgments (
Rev 15:4-8) come upon those who have
worshipped the beast (
Rev 14:9-11) and who have rejected the Lord's
salvation (Rom 1:18, 2:5-9; Eph 4:5-6; Col 3:5-6). Christians are delivered from the wrath to come (
1 Th 1:9-10). Christians will either be killed by the
beast (
Rev 13:15) of Revelation, be in a safe place (
Rev 12:1-6, 14) or be sealed during the three and a half year (
Dan 7:25, 12:7) end time Great Tribulation when the
seven trumpets sound (
Rev 8:1-9:21; 10:7; 11:15). God didn't hurt the firstborn (
Exo 12:29) of those who had the blood applied on
the lintel and the two door post (
Exo 12:23) when the plagues fell on Egypt, and
He won't destroy those who have the blood of the Lamb applied (
Rev 1:6-7 1).
Jesus tells us in
John 10:27-29 we shall not perish. According to
Hebrews 12:5-7, God may at times chastise us for our wrong.
As we read
2 Corinthians 4:8-9, we learn we may be troubled, perplexed, and cast
down at times yet we are not destroyed. The unbeliever (
John 3:36) and the disobedient (
Col 3:5-7;
Job 42:8) are the ones
who receive the wrath of God on their lives... not the believers(
1 Th 1:9-10). The greater magnitude of
wrath that comes against those who are disobedient is prolonged, because God is slow to anger (
Neh 9:16-17), is gracious, merciful, and longsuffering (
Exo 34:6-7 2). God does not have
pleasure in the death of the wicked (
Ezek 33:11), for He wishes all to be saved (
1 Tim 2:3-4; 2 Pet 3:9). God's wrath is His anger, and we should be pleasing (
Heb 11:5-6;
1 Ki 3:10-12 3) our Heavenly
Father not making Him angry.
"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the
wrath of God abideth on him."
(John 3:36 KJV)
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from
wrath through him."
(Rom 5:8-9 KJV)
"And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the
wrath to come."
(1 Th 1:10 KJV)
"For God hath not appointed us to
wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,"
(1 Th 5:9 KJV)
Jesus is the way (
John 14:5-6) and the one who saves us from God's wrath (
Zep 2:2-3). It is not our works, our prestige, our
physical birth right, or whatever that saves us.
The wrath of God I believe is abiding on many in our country because they believe they have
the right to murder innocent little children (
Shedding of Innocent Blood!).
"Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God."
(Gal 5:19-21 KJV)
[People want their rights; and a lot of blind leaders (
Mat 15:7-9, 13-14) do not see what it is doing with the
promotion and murdering of untold number of babies. Children are sacrificed because of this
murderous abortion right, which is really not a right but a wrong. We do not need any more
sacrifices (
Heb 10:26-27). Because of our wrong choices, He,
who was the perfect lamb of God, went to the cross (
Crucifixion Foretold!) and became the ultimate perfect
sacrifice to only rise again. Although some may be in denial of wrong doing and believe that
his/her choice to murder is right, the word of God says that they are wrong and have sinned (
Rom 5:12).]
