To those who take it seriously, it is the sound of ego vanishing.
To those who take it too seriously, it is the sound of sanity vanishing.
Before downloading the sound sample linked to this page, be warned that it is TABOO in some cultures, and for good reason. Consider this before downloading the sound file linked below. You may prefer to investigate some of the claims or allegations associated with this sound first (see sidebar). The sound itself is the central point of a nexus: a hub linking science and other religious systems.
NO JOKE: those of us who value personal identity do well not to take it too seriously.

In these pages, (still under construction) you will find a case made for this sound as at least a partial solution to the ancient mystery of the pronunciation of the Name of the God of Abraham, sometimes known as the Tetragrammaton, or "Yahweh." The association of the Name of God with a natural phenomenon explicable in terms of wave-mechanistic physics should by no means be taken as a "de-bunking" or limitation on the significance of the Name. To the contrary, the physical phenomenon itself has a quality of transcendence which cannot be ignored or underestimated. This transcendent quality has both rational and non-rational components.
To find out what this is all about, I suggest you start with Judaism. Or if you prefer, here is my own story of how I began to call upon the Name.
