PUMP GUNS |

Pump guns are pretty much the cheaper
lines of paintball guns. Don't get me wrong though, pumps still have
their advantages. Pumps are different than semi-automatics because
you have to manually "pump" the balls into the chamber. Pumps are
not like pellet guns in the sense that you need to pump air into the gun
in order to shoot it, just pump to get a ball into the chamber. The
pumping action is similar to a shotgun's, but you only pump it about two
inches. Some advantages of a pump are that they are more accurate
and shoot further than most any other gun, and people who are trigger happy
shoot a lot less paint with a pump. Some pumps even have a constant
trigger so you can hold the trigger down and just pump it to shoot.
With a constant trigger many people with pumps can shoot just as fast as
some semi-automatics.
