This painting won Best of Show at the Louisiana State Prison in Angola, Louisiana. The man is standing on a grave in the prison's cemetery. Mr. Seward's Department of Corrections number is 120313 -- shown on the lower left grave marker. Mr. Seward's foot is on (his ) grave. The portrait is that of Mr. Seward. There are fine copper wires across the front of the painting. There is powerful emotion here --
