Friends- While many of you are still busy "trialing", the close of Mr. Robert Barlow's trial is the end of the season for us here on the Jones farm. I understand it was an excellent trial and well enjoyed by everyone even though it was sad thinking it was the last annual trial the Barlows will host on their farm. Robert and Peggy are well known and loved and respected far and wide...even in Arkansas, though some would not admit it (hi there Bob!) I understand that Dan Gill has decided to have a trial next year on the weekend that the Barlow trial has had in the past. I am sure the particulars will be forthcoming.

Trial results for the Mid-South Fair, Mississippi State fair and Barlow's are attached.

The next event for our club will be our annual meeting at the Dixie Nationals in jackson, MS in February, 2004. The Fair Commission has moved the dates of the Dixie Nationals up a week. I do not have an exact date yet, but will get it to you in the next newsletter. I guess that about covers it except to say HAPPY FALL YA"LL!!!
